Your Generosity is Their Hope

The people of Kibbutz Karmia have been absolutely terrified in recent weeks as the hatred spewing forth from Gaza rained down on their small town in southern Israel. Over 100 rockets fell onto their community alone, making public areas unsafe and condemning them to spend hours upon hours shut away at home. Many of Israel’s children are still terrified to go outside because, for them, the trauma is all too real. Please, look into your heart and answer the children’s’ prayers: donate to the Israel365 Charity Fund today and protect the future of Israel!

At times like these, prayer and hope are often all we have to help us through the darkness. It is reminiscent of King David’s praise of God:

“God is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him.  I was helped, and my heart exulted, so I will glorify Him with my song (Psalms 28:7).”

But the survival of the Jewish State needs more than prayers and hopes; it needs action! That is why the Israel365 Charity Fund built a new bomb shelter for the children of Kibbutz Karmia that stands near where many of them play every day. It was an expensive endeavor, but you can not put a cost on human life. Still, what we have achieved is not enough.

For the families that live close to Gaza, staying put is part of their fight for the State of Israel. Every day they spend there is another victory. But without more protection, that victory will be haunted by trauma, terror, and death. That is why we are continuing our campaign to build more bomb shelters in Israel, but we need your help to succeed! Please, look into your heart and answer the children’s’ prayers: donate to the Israel365 Charity Fund today and protect the future of Israel!

Though we are broken over his loss, we realized that the only way to properly honor him was to bring joy to others – and party like only Binyamin knew how!
