Description

Jewish holidays are a festive time in Israel, with families coming together for prayers and festive meals. Unfortunately, many Israeli families are living below the poverty line and cannot afford to buy food for the holidays! Please help us spare needy families of their sadness and shame. With your help, we can enable thousands of Jewish people to celebrate the holidays with dignity and joy by providing them with baskets of food and ritual objects. The next Jewish Holidays are Rosh Hashana (New Year-September 21-22, 2017)) and Sukkot (Tabernacles-October 5-12, 2017).

In the Bible

He that is gracious unto the poor lendeth unto Hashem; and his good deed will He repay unto him.
--PROVERBS 19:17

Giving charity to the poor is an emulation of God's grace. You can emulate God and give to Israel's needy for the holidays.
