Product Description

One of the most striking biblical dreams is Jacob’s dream of the angels ascending and descending a ladder. Jacob dreamed this dream in the Biblical city of Bet El. Non coincidently, this is the same city in which the artist of this beautiful necklace, Sarah Feld, resides today.
Wearing a piece of Jewelry by Sarah Feld ensures that the Holy Land is always on your mind and close to your soul. Every piece of Sarah Feld’s jewelry is carefully fashioned so your pendant is truly one of a kind.

This delightful ladder is constructed of sterling silver, goldfilled, and colored crystals.

Pendant size: 2 x 2.5 cm

In the Bible

And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
--GENESIS (28:12)

The ground upon which Jacob spends the night and dreams of the angels ascending and descending the ladder was none other than the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. When Jacob awakens, he realizes that it is no ordinary place, but “the gate of the heavens”, the most propitious place for prayers to ascend to God and the site where the Temple will later stand. Now you can wear this beautiful representation of Jacob's holy and unique encounter with God.

  2. 5 out of 5 Beit El

Interesting. I have been there & seen it for myself. Our tour guide wasn’t as informative as the Rabbi. It truly is an amazing place.
