Israel365 Presents Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion with The Jerusalem Covenant
June 3, 2019

Yesterday was Jerusalem Day- Yom Yerushalayim. On this day 52 years ago, Jerusalem, the eternal capital of the Land of Israel, was recaptured by the IDF and returned to Israeli sovereignty.

Every year, Jerusalem Day and the events of the 1967 Six-Day War, are celebrated as modern-day miracles.

In honor of this year’s Jerusalem Day, Rabbi Tuly Weisz presented The Jerusalem Covenant to Jerusalem’s New Mayor Moshe Lion. It was especially fitting that the presentation took place to the backdrop of the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem.

Israel365 has collected 216,168 signatures of people who believe that Jerusalem belongs to the Jews through Biblical, historical and legal rights.

Mayor Lion was highly impressed and humbled that the Jerusalem Covenant had been signed by individuals from all around the world including Afghanistan, Lebanon, Kuwait, and even Syria!

Israel365 will continue collecting signatures of lovers and supporters of Zion and Jerusalem. We can not wait to see how many signatures we will collect by this time next year.

If you have not yet signed the Jerusalem Covenant, please do so HERE. Also, please send this link to your friends and family who love the Land, the People and the God of Israel.
