Dear friends,
One year ago, a terrible fire burned down 6,000 acres of beautiful forests surrounding Jerusalem earlier this week. The raging inferno completely engulfed and destroyed the studio and workshop of Harrari Harps.
Thank God, Shoshana and Micha Harrari are safe and grateful for Hashem’s protection, however, their life’s work tragically went up in flames!
Within 48 hours of the inferno, Rabbi Yehuda Glick and I went to visit Shoshana and Micha’s home and workshop and were so moved by their strong faith and optimistic outlook in the face of such tragedy.
Please watch the powerful video and see for yourself the heartbreaking tragedy along with the miraculous protection that our dear friends experienced this week.
Forty years’ worth of one-of-a-kind craftsmanship, specialized tools, and valuable machines along with treasured Biblical harps, kinnors, mezuzot, door harps, and Judaica have been completely destroyed.
It is up to us, to help restore their workshop so that Micha and Shoshana can get back on their feet and continue to bring beauty from the ashes.
As we approach Rosh Hashana and look forward to the season of renewal, let us all do what we can to bring into the world a great blessing for Shoshana and Micha, and for the world.
May Hashem bless you and your loved ones for your kindness.
Shalom,
